Procedure for collection of last 3year degree certificate

1) Applicants who have applied for degree certificate but not collected the same during last 3convocation, their degree certificate are available for distribution
at examination department counter against produce of original at following dates prescribed

2002        28th of every month
2003        29th of every month
2004        30th of evry month

Note: Next day if the prescribed dates falls on public holiday degree can be collected in person or the thru authorised person

2) Degree prior to 3years will be supplied as duplicate only on application and payment of fees Rs370/-

3) Changes in the name and other details of the candidates (students) subsequent to the date of issuance of any certificate are not permitted to be incorporated
by way of correction in the certificate.
